Available fulfilment methods, charges and estimated timing are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Self-pickup

Pickup orders may be collected from Sip Slow Corner, 01-06 Centroz, No. 1, Jalan OP 1/3, Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47170 Puchong, Selangor. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the pickup point.

Delivery

Delivery timing may vary according to the destination, courier service and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, severe weather, public holidays or an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Fresh and perishable items

Freshly prepared drinks, pastries and other perishable items are offered only through the fulfilment methods shown for those items. Customers should collect or receive them within the stated time.
