These terms apply when you use the Sip Slow website or purchase from Sip Slow Coffee. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, availability and images are provided as accurately as possible. Natural variations may occur in coffee, food and handcrafted or small-batch items.

Orders

An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if information is required to fulfil the order. Where fulfilment is not possible, the affected item or order will be refunded.

Payments

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Fulfilment, cancellations and refunds

Please refer to our Delivery & Pickup Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes. Sip Slow branding, copy and original visual content may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
